Settle down. The wait is over. Relax and listen to the first line up announcement to wing its way out of the Glastonbury press office for everyone’s favourite party, taking place at Worthy Farm in June.
As always the line up features an eclectic mix of old favourites and bold new talent with the likes of Wolf Alice and Disclosure rubbing shoulders with Big Beat supremo Fat Boy Slim and London Ska-sters Madness.
Other notable names on the list include Cyndi Lauper, LCD Soundsytem, New Order, Earth Wind & Fire, Stormzy, Bring Me The Horizon, CHVRCHES and The 1975.
They join the already fully penned in headliners – Muse on Friday, Adele on Saturday and Coldplay on Sunday. PJ Harvey and Jeff Lynne’s Electric Light Orchestra are on course to fill up Sunday’s Legends slot.
Those lucky, blessed few who have been fortunate enough to secure tickets have from 9am on Friday 1st April until 11:59pm on Thursday 7th April 2016 to pay off the balance.
Any unwanted or refunded tickets will go on resale shortly after when the full complete line-up will be revealed to the bright light of the UK festival media.
