Festival Mag has teamed up with Joshua Tree Music Festival to offer one lucky reader the chance to win a pair of tickets for the 9th annual edition which takes place on 9-12 October 2014 in Joshua Tree California.
Originally the creation of outlandish music enthusiast Barnett English the Joshua Tree Music Festival is a corporate and branding free party constructed around one central music bowl surrounded by two outlying stages.
Rather than relying on the big names, this is one event where you can expect to get an earthy musical education. This Autumn’s line up features the likes of Bomba Estereo, lack Joe Lewis, Rising Appalachia, Ribab Fusion, DJ Pumpkin, Force Once (Bob Marley’s bandmate), West Water Outlaws, Ou, Nappy Riddem, and many more.

The Joshua Tree Music festival is not simply about the music. The young ones can get involved in everything from parasol painting through to didgeridoos at Kidsville. The event also has space for what it terms Random Acts of Mindfulness alongside the Positive Vibration Station.
