BoomTown Fair has released their first headliner and new stage plans.
Drum & Bass trio Noisia are the first act to be announced for the 7th Chapter in the ever evolving storyline of the BoomTown Chronicles.
Organisers explained, “After three years of negotiations and the most requested act from BoomTown’s DownTown residents, this is one of the most anticipated bookings in the history of DownTown BoomTown.”
Also released today is a video outlining plans for an ‘epic new centrepeice’ for the DownTown part of the Fair which will be the biggest installation to date for the full throttle and immersive event. The final part of the Chapter 7 introduction trilogy is due to be released mid-January and will give hints to what can be expected from the brand new ‘Palace’ stage.
BoomTown Fair takes place from Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th August 2015 at the Matterley Estate in Hampshire. Some 4000 tier 1 tickets sold out in a matter of hours.
