Standon Calling has unveiled eight acts for the coveted Saturday slot on the dedicated BBC Introducing stage.

For the very first time the festival invites BBC Introducing to programme Saturday’s Last Dance Saloon stage with Amber Run to headline alongside Nova Twins, Attaque and Longey. Alice Walker will also perform as well as Youth Club, Natasha North and Kimberley Newell.

New additions to Standon’s Sunday night revelry is a Club de Fromage vs. Coffin Dodgers Disco set on the clock tower stage at the centre of the festival

Festival founder, Alex Trenchard said “We’re so pleased to have the BBC Introducing team curate one of our favourite stages at Standon and incredibly excited about the talent that is emerging from the surrounding areas. We’re firm believers in supporting new and emerging talent and with a history of booking acts that go on to great things whether Florence & The Machine, Mumford & Sons, Clean Bandit, London Grammar, and we hope the eight selected artists will enjoy their time at Standon as much as we will undoubtedly enjoy their fantastic live performances.”

Standon Calling will celebrate it’s 10th Birthday from Friday 31st July to Sunday 2nd August 2015 at Standon, Hertfordshire. This year’s musical offering includes the likes of Little Dragon, The Dandy Warhols, Basement Jaxx Roots Manuva, Hercules & Love Affair and many more.
