The UK’s number one Reggae and Dub festival, One Love, has announced its first line up as well as a brand new location for 2014.

The line up so far features an array of reggae legends including the longest-running vocal trio in Jamaican musical history, Mighty Diamonds and another reggae veteran of 50+ years, Cornell Campbell with Soothsayers. Reggae singer Bushman and his band will also feature in 2014’s event alongside reggae DJ and producer, Tappa Zukie, also performing with his full band.
Other artists and bands performing at One Love in 2014 include Gorgon Sound featuring Bunny Lee, Nerious Joseph, Saxon Sound System Marquee, Sir Coxsone Sound System, Goldmaster All Stars, Daddy Ernie, Instrument of Jah and Platinum Sound System.
As well as musical entertainment from some of the industry’s best known names and rising stars, the festival will also host a special screening of ‘I am the Gorgon’. The film documents how Jamaican music has spread across the world from its origins in Kingston and viewers can take part in a Q&A session with special guests of the film afterwards. The seventh annual edition of One Love will be taking place in the new location of Stockwell Farm in Bedfordshire. The event takes place on 15-17 August 2014 and early bird tickets are still available at £110pp for the whole weekend. A ticket deposit scheme is also available meaning you can secure a ticket for £55 with a final payment due in May. Tickets can be purchased here.
One Love is the only UK reggae camping festival in the UK, combining old school artists and the new generation of dub to give reggae lovers the chance to celebrate in true Jamaican style. Festival goers can also experience the taste of Jamaican food as well the chance to shop at an array of craft, clothing and record stalls.
